The Chair for Women of the Year is Jane Luca.

Jane Luca is Controller of External Affairs at ITV and has over 30 years’ experience in broadcasting. Her career has spanned Drama Production, Corporate Responsibility, Stakeholder Relations, and Public Affairs.

Jane first became involved with Women of the Year 11 years ago when she was invited to join the Nominating Council by the then Chairman, Gayle Morrison, with a specific task of nominating women from out of London to attend the annual Women of the Year lunch. She became a Board Member in 2009 and Chair of Women of the Year in 2014.

Jane is a former Chair of Bafta North, a Board Member of Marketing Manchester, a Council Member of the University of Salford, and a Governor of The Manchester Grammar School. Her charitable interests include The Prince’s Trust and is a former member of the Prince’s Trust Council and North West Leadership Group.

Jane takes over from Teresa Graham as Chair of Women of the Year.
