Jo spent 35 years in City law firms, initially as a dispute resolution lawyer, then as a Learning and Development professional. Her final role was Head of Learning and Development at Slaughter and May. She is now a consultant working with a number of major law firms, a coach and mentor, and holds a number of trustee roles including IPSEA (Independent Provider of Special Educational Advice). She has been involved in the Women of the Year Lunch since 1998 and a Trustee of the Women of the Year Foundation since its inception in 2001.
