Colonel (ret’d) Deborah Oliver TD

Deborah Oliver is the Master Communicator – an annually elected role with the City of London Company of Communicators. She is a corporate communications specialist having worked for a wide-range of national organisations including the British Medical Association, the Law Society, Camelot and The Royal Mail. She is currently an External Board member with the City of London Police and is on the Executive Committee of the City of London Reserve Forces and Cadets Association. She retired as a Colonel in the Army Reserves.
