Diversity Consultant and CEO Cajigo

Rav Bumbra is an award winning diversity consultant, advisor to organisations, and international speaker, who has been showcased as one of the Most Influential Women in UK Tech since 2017 and inducted into the Computer Weekly Hall of Fame in 2022. She is highly recognised within the industry for her work in the space of “Women in Technology” addressing the gender gap and underrepresentation of women across industries and has worked with some of the largest organisations including, University of Cambridge, University of Warwick, Accenture, Goldman Sachs, EPAM, BT, HP and GKN Aerospace.

Rav is Founder of Structur3dpeople, a diversity consultancy supporting senior executives and organisations to attract, develop and retain talent. She is also the founder of Cajigo, an Edtech platform providing mentoring to support girls and women into technology careers. Cajigo was shortlisted as the DEI Initiative of the Year by Women in IT Awards in 2021 and 2022.With a 25-year consulting background, Rav also sits on the Women in Business Board in Bristol, to support the progression of women in the Southwest. Rav is also host of “Women Talk Tech” an Instagram Live chat show, where she interviews leaders and women in technology to share their strategies and top tips to help women build successful careers.
