Nina Nannar

Nina Nannar D.Litt, FRSA is the Arts Editor of ITV News, covering media, culture and entertainment across ITV’s network bulletins, ITVX and online platforms. Having worked across radio, TV, news, documentaries and entertainment since the 80s, she has been at ITN for more than two decades, joining from the BBC where she began her career as a radio trainee.

A dedicated mentor to journalists from ethnic minority groups, Nina is a member of BAFTA and the Brits Academy, and votes for the Royal Television Society Awards. She is an ambassador for the King’s Trust and the British Asian Trust, a trustee of the National Centre for Writing, and a patron of both the Norwich Film Festival and Academy of South Asian Dance.

Nina is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and holds an Honorary Doctorate from the University of East Anglia. She also hosts the ITV News podcast Unscripted, interviewing leading cultural figures.
