Charlotte is Director of CSR & Wellness for leading contract food service provider, Elior UK. Charlotte was recently named on the 2022 Women to Watch and Role Models for Inclusion Index for Women in Hospitality, Tourism & Leisure, and in recent years has led Elior to multiple CSR award successes, including winning the prestigious Contract Catering Award for CSR 2022.

Charlotte began her career in HR and Talent Management, then following her passion for broader CSR topics, including environmental sustainability & social value, she progressed to Manager of CSR and then onto Director of CSR & Wellness, taking additional responsibility for the nutrition and dietetic team at Elior UK.
