Jaz Rabadia MBE is a sustainability and ESG advisor and FTSE 250 Non-Executive Director with over 18 years’ experience integrating sustainability into corporate strategy and governance.

She has held senior leadership roles at Sainsbury’s, Starbucks, WeWork and Just Eat Takeaway.com, leading climate, energy and responsible business programmes across global organisations. A Chartered Energy Manager and Fellow of the Energy Institute, Jaz was awarded an MBE for services to sustainability and for promoting diversity in STEM.

A former Women of the Year Award winner, she is passionate about championing female leadership and widening access to senior decision making spaces.
