Susan is an award‑winning leader and business owner with more than 35 years’ experience advising organisations and shaping best practice across the tax profession. She is a former President of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.

Renowned for her technical expertise and commercial insight, Susan has built a career at the highest levels of professional services and is trusted to deliver clarity, integrity and confidence in decision‑making. She has held a range of non‑executive and trustee roles for over 20 years, including serving on several charity boards.

A respected mentor and role model, Susan is a passionate advocate for equality, diversity and inclusion, particularly in supporting women and under‑represented groups into leadership. She champions inclusive, ethical leadership across the financial and tax sectors and more widely, contributing through thought leadership, action and professional advocacy.
