Vanessa is a business lawyer specialising in buying and selling companies and raising finance. She works closely with boards and senior management teams (including charity trustees) on governance, organisational structure and strategy and has won numerous industry awards. Vanessa was a board member and the Company Secretary of Women of the Year for 19 years from 2001 to 2020 with responsibility for legal and governance matters.
